Egg free, dairy free, wheat free, soy free, corn free, grain free.  Maple syrup and brown sugar sweetened. Please note that all flavors contain peanuts and nuts.  May be shipped nationwide by the dozen.  Nut butters are fresh-ground by a local Amishman, PA grade A maple syrup, and Himala pink salt – sustainably-sourced from the Himalayan mountains and highest in natural, essential minerals.

Biscotti: Almond Lovers lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.  Agave nectar sweetened. Gluten-free, dairy free. Available with chocolate drizzle (pictured).

Almond with Crystallized Ginger.  Agave nectar sweetened.  Gluten-free, dairy free.  Perfect complement to herbal teas.

Buckles:  a coffee cake with a cinnamon sugar crumb topping and fresh, seasonal fruit.  Perfect with coffee, in a bowl of milk, or with ice cream for any time of day.  Seasonal options include Blueberry, Peach (pictured), and Apple.  Gluten-free.  Lactose-free. Contains eggs and butter.

A Lancaster County original!  Whoopie pies are two small cakes with a cream-cheese icing spread between them making them a perfectly portable cupcake or when frozen enjoyed as an ice cream sandwich.  Gluten-free.  No artificial flavors or colors.  Chocolate Peppermint, Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Strawberry, Pumpkin Cream.

Mini Loaves: A 5″-inch loaf made with sweet local fruit and produce.  Options include: Strawberry Rhubarb, Strawberry, Zucchini, and Pumpkin bread.

Sandwich bread: Fresh-baked gluten-free bread that is perfect for grilling and soft enough to not need toasting!  Available in plain (pictured) and Cinnamon Raisin.  More flavors and styles in the works!

Handmade pasta made to order.  Linguine, lasagna and ravioli flavors!  Made with white rice flour, pure olive oil, and free-range heritage chicken eggs.  Made and delivered fresh; can be frozen up to 3-4 weeks.  Gluten-free, dairy-free (ravioli contains cheese).

Quiches: fresh-baked buttery, flaky crust filled with local, seasonal ingredients, milk, and free-range heritage chicken eggs.  Gluten-free.  Contains: egg, dairy, butter, cheese, corn.

Only cookies and biscotti may be shipped domestically due to fragile baked goods.  Orders will be shipped each Tuesday and must be received by the Friday before expected delivery.  Invoices will be sent through Paypal when order received.  Since these are perishable items, please confirm that addressee will be able to receive the package!
